This is frosted and can be used indoors and outdoors. These have been used and are not perfect. Some pinecones or berries may have fallen off and faux snow may be sporadic. These are beautiful but we want a flexible unlit version These were bought for $59 each and there are 4 available. I think these are 9'' each.
