New Sealed Vintage Christmas 13” Lighted Pixie Elf On A Snowball Lighted Table Decoration. He has no cracks or dents and was made by Empire Plastics in 1970. He is mostly sealed in the original plastic and does have some minor scuffs. Please see my pictures and ask me any questions.
