Works well with any haunted neighborhood or trick-or-treat themed scene. Neighborhood house decorated for Halloween. Building is adorned with jack-o-lanterns, skeleton (in tree), bare branch tree, tombstone, wooden fence, textured bushes, and a wiitch who face planted against the chimney. Lighting tested and inspected. Interior of house glows soft white. Bare branch tree has fiber optic lighting that blinks sequentially, changing from white to red. Dept 56 power chord with 9 volt light bulb included. A display platform with faux grass is also included. All original factory packaging. Comes with protective styrofoam casing and outer sleeve. Stored in a smoke free home. Shipped via USPS.
