Available only in the United States as a promotion from Life and Quaker Oats cereal. The set was shipped in a plain cardboard box with no official set number on either the box or the instructions. The instructions provided build ideas for two other marionettes and eight cars and trucks.

This comes with the original box instructions and bricks. Given to me by relative have 2 and would be willing to bundle.
