Rare, highly aesthetic and large sized crystal cluster of Guerrero phantom amethysts from Mexico. A great statement, piece that self stands and displays beautifully in multiple directions! Vivid color beautiful royal purple and violet purple phantoms. Guerrero amethyst mines are famous among collectors worldwide as the top source of high quality specimens. Guerreros feature elongated crystals that are thicker around the lower and middle area, and taper to perfect quartz terminations at the points. They have candle growth formations with smaller amethyst points tapering up each larger Crystal. The color, vivid purple with red undertones, is rich in the core then fades to glassy clear / pale purple on the exterior. Gorgeous when backlit showing pink, purple and golds!
